Elect Donald Kliewer for Red Wing City Council
Greetings,
If you do not already know me, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Donald Kliewer, and I will be on the ballot this August 9th to represent the citizens of Ward 2 on the Red Wing City Council. This position has been vacant for some time, and the election on August 9th will fill that vacant position.
I am currently semi-retired, having stepped down the end of December in 2020 after 15 years as the General Manager of Q Media Group, KWNG-KCUE Red Wing, KLCH-Lake City, and WBHA Wabasha.
On a Personal note, I enjoy the “Outdoors” hence I continue with the production of our Radio Show “The Valley Outdoors” You can check it out at thevalleyoutdoors.com. I love to fish & hunt and feed the birds.
My wife and I live on Woodland Ave. in Red Wing, have one son also who lives on Woodland Ave, one son who lives in St. Louis Park, and a daughter who also lives in Red Wing. Four grandchildren under 4 years of age. Ya, it is a hoot at holiday time!
